Payment
A sales tax rate of 7% will be applied to all orders in the state of Iowa.
Shipping
Orders 1 lb+ will ship via usps parcel post or priority mail.
All domestic orders are shipped with delivery confimation.
Insurance is not included in the regular shipping fees:
If you wish to add insurance or upgrade the shipping convo me for a shipping rate adjustment.
I ship first class USPS on International orders. Tracking is not included in the cost of the postage, however it is available upon request: if you would like this service, please contact me prior to purchasing your order and I will adjust the shipping costs.
Any crushable items (such as millinery flowers and crepe garlands) are shipped in corrugated cardboard boxes to protect them.
***Shipping rate update 2013:
The Postal system has drastically raised our international rates, shipping charges have been adjusted to reflect the new rates.
***Refunds for overage after postage costs will be issued whenever possible.
International customers: I cannot mark merchandise as a gift,
also, the purchaser is responsible for all customs, duties and taxes applicable to orders.
Additional policies and FAQs
Both handmade and commercial items can vary in their shape, color and composition.
I strive to represent colors accurately, however colors tend to appear differently on different computers. If you are color matching, ask about color samples+additional info.
I do my best to provide accurate measurements (some items can vary slightly) , if you need more measurements, please contact me.
Items may appear smaller or larger than their actual size due to close up photos to show details. Please double check measurements to verify the size of the item.
Flowers are measured on the curve of the petals, rather than the top, as the top diameter measurements can vary.
If you have any questions about custom orders, just send me a convo. ;)
Beads and other small objects are a choking hazzard and should never be placed in mouths or ingested, please use with discretion.
