Payment
I accept PayPal and you can use any major credit card with PayPal. Please complete your payment upon checkout. Orders will be canceled after 3 days of non-payment.

TRADING and GIFT CERTIFICATE REDEMPTION:
Good news! I do accept some trading offers, so just convo me if you are interested and we will see about coming to an agreement. Once we have come to an agreement, I will reserve the item(s) for you and enable the "Other" option for payment. After clicking on the green checkout button, select the "Other" (synonymous with "trade" or "gift certificate redemption" for my shop) option for payment. In "Notes to Seller," either write "Trade" or include the gift certificate number from your card. That's it!
Shipping
WHAT ADDRESS DO YOU USE TO SHIP MY ITEMS?
I will use the Paypal address that comes with your payment unless otherwise indicated in your "notes to seller" upon checkout.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
I usually ship orders within two work days of receiving payment. You will receive a message from me once I have sent the package.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
USA: All orders are shipped either Standard Mail within the US (within 2-5 days) or Priority Mail 2-3 days (There may be an Extra Cost if there is a request for expedited shipping).

CANADA: Orders shipped via USPS or UPS take on average around 5-10 days.

INTERNATIONAL: Orders that are shipped via USPS or UPS will take on average between 3-10 days. Since International packages have to go through customs, that will determine how fast you receive your package.

WHAT IS SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost includes the fee that the post office charges me and all of the packaging materials that it takes to prepare your items for a safe journey so that it gets to you in one piece.

TRACKING NUMBER?
If you want tracking numbers on your package, please let me know when you check out and make payment. It is an added cost and buyers must pay for the tracking. Unfortunately I cannot provide tracking numbers for International buyers because the U.S. Postal Service does not provide this service for International destination.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping Insurance is not included in the standard shipping fee. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, then please contact me and I will send you an invoice for the extra insurance fee via Paypal invoice or through an Etsy listing.
It is up to the buyer whether or not they should choose to purchase insurance. However, if a package goes missing, does not arrive, gets damaged upon shipment, or held by customs (for international destinations) then I am sorry but I cannot be held responsible since these scenarios are out of my control. If this is a concern for you, then please request to purchase insurance upon checkout and I will accommodate you!

PLEASE NOTE: If you are ordering from outside of the US, I DO include insurance into the shipping fee automatically (It's just not worth the risk of being lost during customs), which is why the price is significantly more. In order to have insurance on packages for overseas, it is required to send packages from the United States Priority mail, which costs a chunk of change. I learned this the hard way the first time I sent out of the country haha! (Don't worry, I don't make any money off of the shipping costs) ;)

If you purchase insurance and your item arrives damaged then you must file a claim with the shipping service provider (either USPS or UPS). They are pretty good about compensating you if your goods arrive damaged. Please save all of your packaging if this should happen to submit, or else your insurance may become void. Please check the U.S. post office website for rules and regulations for additional information.

Refunds and Exchanges
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
All sales are final.
I do not offer a refund because of the nature of my items. I have almost all Vintage and upcycled handmade pieces. However, if there is a problem when you get your order, please convo me and I will work something out with you.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Not as a rule, but convo me if you have a special extenuating circumstance. You would need to ship the item back at your own expense and then upon receiving back the item, you would then get a full credit refund (minus initial shipping) back to my shop with a corresponding code.
