I just purchased a digital item, how do I download my files?
After purchasing a digital file, you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. Alternatively, you can access your downloads by going to You (at top of the page) > Purchases and reviews

You may contact me for a refund if you mistakenly purchased and were expecting a physical print BUT ONLY IF YOU HAVE NOT DOWNLOADED THE FILES.

How and when do you ship orders?
I ship within 1-3 business days. I ship all domestic and international prints via USPS First Class (domestically and internationally). Tracking is included on all orders and included in your shipping cost. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. All orders are packaged securely and carefully in sturdy mailers, clear sleeves, and backing boards for added support.
Important delivery info to consider when ordering
PLEASE make sure your residence can accommodate deliveries of rigid mailers (large envelopes that cannot be bent). Make sure there is a dry, safe place where they can be left if you are not at home, or that the office at the complex you live at (if applicable) will keep your large packages/envelopes until you're able to pick them up.
I need something shipped quickly. Can I upgrade to faster shipping?
Upgrades to faster shipping are available and can be applied during checkout.
How long does shipping take?
This varies depending on the destination and and postal carrier or possible seasonal delays, but this is what I have observed, on average during non-holiday periods.
Please note that this is an APPROXIMATION and not an exact timeframe.
U.S.: 3-7 business days *from time of shipping*
Intl: 10-16 business days *from time of shipping*
Important info for international (non-U.S.) customers:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Illu Art Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Some international shipments may need to be claimed by you at your local post office once they have reached your location. Usually, your post office will notify you that you have a package waiting to be claimed. If you're unsure what you need to do to claim your goods, please ask someone working at your local post location. Your order will be returned to sender if it goes unclaimed for a period of time.
Do you accept returns?
I do not accept refunds for prints, unless you feel I greatly misrepresented the product in the listing. In some cases, if the print arrived extremely damaged or you mistakenly ordered the wrong size, I am able to re-ship provided you cover the cost of shipping (U.S. customers only).
The following are not accepted reasons for returns in my shop:
- I do not like the print and changed my mind (please examine listing images carefully, read the full description, and reach out with any questions before buying).
- It was a gift and they did not like it.
- Slight discrepancies in color between listing and physical item.
Please note that refunds will not be given for discounts that you forgot to apply to your order (promo and coupon codes)
My order is missing! What do I do?
Please message me. In most cases, it is simply a delay on behalf of the postal carrier and is resolved within a couple of days. If it has been a long time and you haven't seen movement on your tracking or your order never arrived, I'll do my best to look into the situation and make sure everything is going smoothly.In most domestic cases, I can re-send your order free of cost. International customers must pay for cost of re-shipment but will not be charged cost of product(s) ordered.
Refund cutoff time is 3 days after delivery or last tracking activity.
My order arrived damaged! What do I do?
I'm very sorry about that. I always make sure that every order I send out is carefully packaged and in great condition. Unfortunately, things sometimes get mishandled in transit and arrived damage. In most cases, you must message me within 2 days of delivery of the damaged order(s) to qualify for a refund or replacement. I will go by the "delivered" date as indicated by the tracking/customs number for your order as the official delivery date. Customer must pay for cost of re-shipment (domestic and international).
I never picked up my order from the post office and it was sent back. What now?
I am happy to re-send it to you provided you pay the cost of shipping. I do not offer refunds for unclaimed orders.
