Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
We are not able to offer refunds or cancellations on INSTANT DOWNLOADS or custom files that have already been made. Instant downloads are delivered digitally, and I cannot undo a delivery. It is also difficult to know whether an item has been printed yet. Therefore, we are not able to offer refunds or cancellations on these files.
Of course, if there is something wrong with your file, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for understanding.
Payment
Once an order is placed and paid for, you will not be able to cancel it.
Shipping
All shipping is free and via e-mail.
Proofs are sent within 2 business days for invitations and custom orders. Files are sent to your Etsy registered e-mail. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder in case the e-mail ends up in there.
Instant Downloads are available in your Etsy account and can be found by clicking on "You" in the top right corner and selecting "Purchases & Reviews" from the dropdown menu. From there you will see your purchased file and you can click on the "Download Files" button. You must be logged onto a computer to view it.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom files are only kept for 14 days and then deleted. If you require changes to your file 14 days after your file has been sent, you must re-purchase the listing as the customization will have to be done again.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTING SERVICES?
At this time, I do not offer printing services. All my files are designed for easy printing at home or at a local print shop.
Many customers use Staples or a photo finishing service like Costco for a very reasonable price.
Other options include Vista Print, Kinkos, Office Depot, Target, or Walmart.
Print your files at actual size on smooth white cardstock for best results.
DO YOUR GAMES COME WITH AN ANSWER KEY?
Yes, all my games, including the emoji games, come with an Answer Key.
It is a separately labeled JPG file included in your instant downloads.
CAN YOU CHANGE QUESTIONS/TEXT/COLOR?
Yes, almost all of the listings can be customized. There is just a small fee for the time it takes to make the changes and reformat the files.

Turn around time for CUSTOM ORDERS is 2 business days. I can usually have them finished and sent out sooner (often the same day), but please allow two full business days.

WILL THE GOLD PRINT AS METALLIC GOLD OR ACTUAL GLITTER?
The gold foil and glitter is a digital effect only. It is a high resolution image of glitter or gold foil that is made to look like the real thing, but an ink jet or laser printer cannot print metallic ink or real glitter. There is no actual glitter or metallic gold on the product.
For best results, use a professional or quality laser printer on heavy card stock.
WHERE DO I PRINT MY FILE?
Most downloads and custom files come in both JPG and PDF format.
PDF files are meant to be printed and cut at home or at a Print & Copy Center like Staples or Kinkos.
JPG files can be printed like photos and can be sent to a Photo finishing center like Costco, Target, Walgreens, or CVS. JPG files can also be uploaded to services like VistaPrint.
