Welcome to the Gloomy Angel Shop! I’m Alsa, a visual artist based in Toronto, Ontario. specializing in drawing and painting.

This shop came to life after a long-term hand injury and chronic pain made more intricate and detailed artwork difficult to create. These tattoo inspired designs, printed onto stickers, posters, cards (and eventually more) became a new way to continue creating and sharing my artwork, while allowing my body the time it needed to heal.

I hope that these pieces can give those who need it a soft reminder to be kinder to yourself too . ♥
