Designing Away Our Debt

The Gnaked Gnome was a "just for fun," sisterly side project that quickly turned into a magnificent creative outlet for the both of us. We love plants, gnomes, mushrooms, ghost stories, 1950s anything, The X-Files, dogs, books, dinosaurs, vinyl records and Elvis. You are sure to find reflections of all our favorite things in our work.

Every dollar exchanged for one of our lovely creations goes directly towards chipping away at our dreaded student loan debt. THANK YOU!

WE GUARANTEE LIVE PLANT DELIVERY, however we ask that you contact us IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of your package with photographic proof if your plant is in poor condition. If the plant does perish during shipping we'll immediately issue you a new plant with no charge to you.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT REPLACE PLANTS IF WE ARE CONTACTED 2 WEEKS OR MORE POST DELIVERY.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDER BOOKENDS.
For refunds on all other bookend orders, buyer pays return shipping. Once we receive the bookends in original condition, buyer will be credited $38.

CUSTOM BOOKEND ORDER INFORMATION:
If you have an interest in ordering CUSTOM brick bookends, please note that you will be required to pay in full before the proof process begins. A set of custom bookends are $38 or $20 for a single bookend + shipping. We're confident that you'll be 100% satisfied with your artwork. If for any reason we are unable to meet your vision, we will offer a refund minus a $8 design fee. Let us know if you have any questions!


IF YOU'RE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE FOR ANY REASON, PLEASE CONTACT US! We want you love our items as must as we do, but realize that sometimes things just don't work out. We do NOT REFUND SHIPPING, but if you'd like to send your package back to us, we'll be happy to give you a refund on the rest of your purchase. We ask that you please let us know you'll be returning your item and do so with in 2 WEEKS of the delivery date. Item must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION (aside from plant purchases).
Shipping
Depending on your location in the United States, packages will either be shipped First Class (1-5 days) or Priority (1-3 days). Expedited shipping is available upon request!

WE WILL SHIP TO THE ADDRESS THAT YOU PROVIDE ETSY UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US OTHERWISE. If you provide an incorrect mailing address and the package is sent back to us we can either refund you for the purchase price minus shipping or we can charge you additional shipping to resend the package.
