Will I receive a proof before my order is sent to print?
For the fastest processing time, we DO NOT provide proofs unless requested.
To request a proof, please make a note in the 'Note to Seller' during checkout. Upon request, a proof will be provided for your approval within 24 hours. Upon your approval, your order will be sent to print. Processing time (2-3 days) does not go into affect until your proof is approved.
When will my stationery order be delivered?
Your order will take approximately 2-3 business days for processing and approximately 1-4 business days for shipping via FedEx Ground. Faster shipping upgrades are available during checkout.

- Home Delivery: Tuesday - Saturday
- Business Delivery: Monday - Friday
If only partial information is provided at checkout and we cannot complete your order without it, the processing time resets and will begin once the missing information has been provided.
Can I request a different font or color for my stationery order?
Of course! In most cases we are able to accommodate different fonts or colors to meet your preferences. Just place your request in the 'Note to Seller' during checkout.
Please note that any special requests will require a proof approval which will extend the processing time.
Can you create a custom stationery design for me?
Absolutely! We'd love to work on a custom design with you. Our custom design fee typically starts at $20 (subject to change depending on order complexity) + the normal cost of the stationery item(s) in our shop. Contact us and we can get you a complete price estimate.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping partner is Fedex because they offer a higher degree of reliability, consistency, and accountability.
Our standard Fedex Ground shipping (1-4 business days) is a flat $7.95.
You can also choose to upgrade to faster shipping during checkout. FedEx Express 3 Day is $13.95 and Fedex Express 2 Day is $16.95.
Where do I provide my personalization information for my stationery order?
Please provide all personalization information in the 'Note to Seller' during checkout. There is a 'How to Order' section in each product listing's description that details the information you need to provide.
If you forget to provide your personalization information during checkout, you can send it to us via Etsy message.
