The GoodsMaker is a multi-disciplinary studio of a textile designer / mixed media artist that creates limited collections of accessories each year. Designing with leather, canvas, linen, millinery elements and hardware - all with a propensity for european-inspired methods and materials.

The GoodsMaker is a multi-disciplinary design studio that creates myriad collections of accessories throughout the year. Daybags, totes and clutches, custom-designed heirloom quality treasures for special occasions, plus elements for your home that include tabletop decor, vertical garden sculptures and french inspired textile wares are all created with simplified, fresh and utilitarian functionality in mind.

Each design is truly unique and detail oriented -- only the highest quality textiles, hardware, fabrics and trims are used in their construction. I do not purchase re-purposed "faux vintage", low-quality or used materials for my designs. You can be assured your purchase will be of the best quality, thoughtfully handcrafted and intelligently designed.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
In the event that you are completely unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your item so we can make a concession together.
I can consider issuing a store credit, less the shipping charges, if a mutually agreed refund is in order due to unforeseeable conditions.

The item(s) must be returned unused and unwrapped in the original package with delivery confirmation. Upon receipt of the returned item, we can work through the refund process together to reach a happy agreement.
Please note: The cost of shipping a returned item back for a credit is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Also, the items that are "prototypes," "sample sale" items, or "seasonal specials" are non-refundable, as they have already been deeply discounted in price, typically less than the cost of materials.

Refunds are not given for LOST or DAMAGED packages due to the shipping carrier or post office. If you would like to insure your package, please e-mail me before shipping to arrange this service.

I work very hard to achieve customer satisfaction - my construction process is excellent, very detailed and quality-driven. I have made several hundred bags and myriad accessories and fortunately have never had an unhappy customer due to the construction. I understand that unforeseeable circumstances may arise, so please contact me with any concerns so that we can work through a solution together.

The US Postal Service regularly implements significant increases in shipping costs. With that in mind, I attempt to be as fair as possible with the cost to ship your items, so any overage in shipping cost more than $1.00 will be refunded to you after completion.

I am happy to accept PAYPAL as the form of payment. If you are paying with a credit card, you can still choose the PAYPAL option in your checkout. PAYPAL is a credit card processor selected for its ability to keep all of your transaction information very secure and has proved to be a quick and convenient method of payment.

In order for your purchase to be valid and shipped, payment should be made within 24 hours of purchase or it will be necessary to end the transaction.
I will reserve the right to cancel a sale and re-list the item back into the shoppe if payment is not made within the time frame stated above.
Please contact me if you need to make alternate arrangements.

Cancelling a purchase;
If a purchase is cancelled by the buyer the following conditions will apply:
If the cancellation is made before the item has been shipped, a fee of $5.00 for packaging, wrapping, handling and re-stocking will apply.

If the order is cancelled after it has been shipped, buyer will be responsible for shipping costs and return costs of the original package. When the item has been returned in its original, unused condition, a store credit or mutually agreed refund less the shipping costs will be processed to the buyer.
PLEASE NOTE: The Buyer is responsible for shipping charges and any fees associated with returns.
A treat for yourself or a gift for someone special?
Each item purchased can be gift-wrapped and ready for giving. I can also add a personalized gift tag and send directly to the recipient. PLEASE leave a detailed message in the 'NOTES TO SELLER' area upon checkout if you would like to add special instructions for your package.

I attempt to ship items out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday via U.S. Postal Service. Please consider holidays during this schedule which may delay your shipment. Tracking and/or confirmation may be provided to receive your package within approximately 5 business days for domestic United States.
To RUSH your order, please send me an e-mail prior to ordering to coordinate shipping details or any additional instructions.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: It may take up to 15-25 business days for transit of your package due to Customs, delays, etc. Also, any Duty and Import Taxes are the responsibility of the BUYER. I cannot be responsible for lost items through Customs, incorrect addresses or delays through the Customs process.

You are more than welcome to contact me regarding a specific item so we can work through the shipping costs together.


Please note: I am unable to ship my items to Italy or Greece due to prohibitive restrictions by the postal service on what can be shipped to these countries.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders require a partial deposit before construction begins. Please note that if the transaction is cancelled after design has begun, or does not proceed as agreed upon, the deposit is non-refundable. This is necessary because materials and hardware have been purchased specifically for the customizing requests made by the buyer. Please discuss and finalize your design requests with me prior to ordering.

Please note:
Due to the customizing, fabrication and personalization of each handmade item, full cash refunds are not possible at this time. Sourcing for supplies, many hours of my detail-driven construction methods and custom materials were expended, and to keep costs affordable to customers, I simply cannot give full cash refunds.
