These are so cute and arrived beautifully wrapped! My 4-year-old nephew is a huge Star Wars fan and knows all the characters. He even knows the characters from the original movies. I plan on giving these for Christmas with a Star Wars coloring book. Thank you!
Simple, Creative, Fun. That's our motto!
Our Story // Opening The Green Egg, an eco-friendly children’s store in Manchester by the Sea, Massachusetts, allowed me to get to know my community. And in time, first-time customers became regulars, regulars became friends, and those friends spread the good word about my shop. I welcomed, and was warmed by the reception.
What I had also realized was how many of my hand-stitched tees were spotted about town, It brings me joy every time I see a little person wearing one of my creations. Now located in Stowe, Vermont and spotted in over 120 stores across the country, we have grown considerably!
With great awareness to our environment we use only Eco-fi, a felt product made from 100% post consumer plastic. With each little tee we can feel good about pulling a bottle out of a landfill. The current amount of Eco-fi sold nationwide keeps 3 Billion Plastic PET bottles out of landfill. It also Saves over 1/2 Million barrels of oil and eliminates 400,000 tons of toxic air emissions. The Green Egg, in its humble ways, is proud to support this product.
From 2010-2012 we were affiliated with the Haiti Projects. A non-profit organization located in Fond des Blancs, Haiti. The mission of Haiti Projects is to empower women in rural Haiti to lift themselves out of poverty, become self-sufficient and build community. The Green Egg’s mission is to provide as much work possible bringing an income to the women artisans. We were able to send several shipments to Haiti, for a decorative stitch only, fulfilling our wholesale orders. They are certified with the Fair Trade Federation. Wages were above standards and working conditions were, and are still, excellent.
Our ETSY STORE is a big part of who we are. We hand make product in our Vermont based studio. We are inspired by our customer requests and truly love the creative process. We LOVE what we do!

Our shop is a proud supporter of the Haiti projects, sending the majority of our wholesale business to a sewing & knitting cooperative in Haiti. The more shirts we sell, the more stitching work we are able to bring to the women! When purchasing one of our tees you can feel good about helping build a community.
