Hi! Thanks for checking out my shop! I hope it inspires you! All items are made with patience and thoughtfulness. All product designs have been tested for durability and sustainability. We believe in choosing organic whenever possible, whether it be clothing, food, or your way of life. I chose the name Green Orangutan to support the green movement, as well as my admiration for orangutans. Gentle people of the forest that nurse their babies until they are 6 years old.

Shipping
I ship via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible.
Domestic orders will take between 3 to 5 business days for travel.
USPS offers delivery confirmation number not tracking numbers. While the number can give a general idea of where your package may be it does not always reflect its status.

(Lost, Stolen, and Undelivered Shipments)

USPS failures are not our fault or a reflection on our level of dedication to our customers. If your shipment is sent without insurance:

- the Green Orangutan is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are on the responsibility of the buyer
- We are unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance.
- If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering.

(Shipment & Address Changes)

We strive to ship same day of purchase, for this reason we will use the addresses provided to us on the invoice. Be sure to verify your address because:

- We will ship to the shipment address listed in the order confirmation. This includes Paypal addresses.
- Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.

(International Shipping)

- International orders are average 5-15 business days for delivery.
- the Green Orangutan is not responsible for customs delays, lost or stolen packages
- International package IDs are not tracking numbers, but parcel numbers to confirm your shipment
- If you want a tracking ID it will need to ship FedEx or UPS and send us a convo before you purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
(Returns and Cancellations)

As a small business trying to bring our customers the best products and service possible we make an effort to process and ship orders the same day they are placed, as well as invest in high quality materials and time to create these products. Because of the resources and time we take to get your purchases to you:

- All sales are final, no refunds or returns are available.
- Order cancellations, additions to your order, or item swaps are unavailable once an order is placed as we ship the same day.

(Returns and Mistakes)

We want you to love your experience with us so if, for some reason, you do not love your item I am happy to work with you. While no refunds are available we are able to issue a store credit for the amount of the returned product provided that:

- The item is in brand new condition.
- This return is made within 14 days of the purchase date on your invoice.
- The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges.
- Upon the return the store credit will be issued to the email address provide in your message.
- Following all of these guidelines ensures your return will be processed as quickly as possible.

Although I like to believe that I never make a mistake, if your item is damaged or you received the wrong item we are happy to make it right. To replace a damaged item or incorrect item:

- This must be within 14 days of the purchase date on your invoice.
- Send us a convo with your order # and image of the item to verify the item is in fact damaged.
- If the original item you ordered is unavailable we can issue you a store credit of equal value.

Please know that due to the way that we process our orders cancellation requests will not be processed so please double check before you order! Once an order is placed it will ship.
