Custom and personalized orders
I would be honored to create a Custom piece for you! Contact me and we can discuss the item, there are several listing under the "C U S T O M - I T E M" section that you can look through and ask any questions that you may have. If there is something that you do not see but would like a quote on or to see if I can create it, please don't hesitate to ask.
Custom Requests need to be paid for before they will be added to the Design Waitlist. For Waitlist, Shipping and Lead times see FAQ below.
Deposits of 50% will be accepted on items over $100 but any item under $100 must be paid for before being added to our Design Waitlist. Please contact me in advance for this option.
Custom pieces cannot be returned.
Care instructions
Since they are handmade, I would like you to know about a few things that can help keep it like new.
- The knots will be very tight when your first receive your piece but will settle and loosen over time. Please do not pull on/stretch it, as this could damage the cording and it will break.
- Animals, small children, purses, water and washing machines are not your Mala’s best friends. Treat it like a piece of fine jewelry.
- Tassels need Maintenance. Comb, lay flat, and roll the tassel up tightly in a piece of sturdy paper and tape it closed. Allow it to sit straight for 24-48 hours.
- Cleanse your piece of energy regularly so that it will keep working for you the way it was intended.

Custom Order Waitlist and Lead Time
As of January 1, 2021, we have a lead time and waitlist for custom pieces of 5 weeks. This means that we will not have your piece designed, created, and shipped until the 5th week after you order it. I take mostly custom orders and I create in the order that I receive them. Everything I create is energy based and to allow proper time and care for these energies, I give ample time to each piece to be created.
These shipping times after a package is mailed can vary and be shorter or longer depending on the time of the year and your location. If you have any questions please contact me!

My jewelry is too loose or broke, now what?
Frayed cording or stretched knots doesn't happen often but when it does, I can always restring any jewelry piece for you so you can comfortably wear your piece again.
If purchased up to 6 months ago, I will restring for free. I would just need you to ship the piece back to me and I will restring it and send it back to you. If you have lost beads, there will be a small fee of $3 to replace the beads, but the restring would be free.
If purchased more than 6 months ago, there would be a restring fee of $5/bracelets and $15/mala. If you are also missing beads, there will be an additional fee to replace the beads depending on how many are missing.

My Package was Damaged in Shipping, now what?
We do everything possible to ensure that your package arrives safely. Unfortunately, we cannot control what the shipping carrier does to your package while in transit to you.
Different Shipping Methods, like Priority, provide Insurance if your package is Lost or arrives damaged. Because we package items safely, we are not liable for broken or lost packages.
If you did not pay for an shipping method that insures the package, we are not liable to replace or refund the item that was broken.
If you did pay for Priority Shipping or additional insurance, you have to contact the USPS to put in a claim for the broken item. We are not able to call/submit a claim as you have the packaging and broken item in your possession.
