5 out of 5 starsThis print was a birthday gift for my sister and she loved it (as did I!). The Grumpy Illustrator was also an absolute pleasure to deal with. As it turned out, I was close enough for my order to be delivered by hand and so I was offered either a refund of the postage I paid or a surprise print. I chose the print and got the Happy Cactus set! Love them! So, beautiful pieces, great communication from seller, speedy delivery and an all round great shopping experience. Thank you!

He was up front immediately with the knowledge that shipping would take a long time within 24 hours of me purchasing it and asked if it was okay-- if not, he would refund my money. knowing the situations revolving Australia and shipping during COVID I let him know it was perfectly fine and that i was really looking forward to the print arriving. We chatted at length after about his art and unique style that has a simple goal: to make the viewer smile. This guy is 💯🔥 Upon receiving the package and opening it like a wild animal, I saw it-- a beautiful, high quality print of an angry toaster sharing my sentiment of "fuck you, multigrain!" that will be hung up in my kitchen promptly. Seller even included a bonus print of an adorable turtle that is SO LOVED. THANKS!

I'm sorry your print has not arrived. As you did not pay for postage or any form of tracking, it was never going to arrive quickly. And less so in a pandemic. Covid19 has caused chaos on the global post systems, so you're not alone. I think you know that. But I do understand the disappointment. I really do. So when you requested a refund, I processed that immediately, covering the international tax also. I sent you a note telling you'd I'd refunded you, and that when the print arrives (which I'm fairly sure it still will) that you should enjoy it on me. And I genuinely meant that. So suffice to say, I feel sad that you have left me such a terrible review. I'm just like to make cool original art that makes people smile. If it arrives late, I'm sorry.
