If payment is not received within 5 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

Maryland residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all purchases.
Shipping
Shipping & Handling:
Our "shipping charges" include actual postage, packaging (when not recycled or free) and handling. We use our best efforts to estimate accurate costs. In most cases, if there is a discrepancy of more than $2 between our quoted cost and the actual postage, we'll happily refund the difference.

International Shipping:
We're happy to ship to WHEREVER! Please just let us know and we'll adjust your invoice to reflect actual shipping charges. NOTE - charges listing are for US domestic shipping only! Any customs or other charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging:
We often ship using priority mail packaging. We also love to recycle shipping materials. Most of all, we think it is important for every purchase to look and feel like a gift when you open it (even if you bought it for yourself!). If you have particular questions or requests, please let us know and we'll be happy to work with you.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We try to describe and represent our merchandise as accurately as possible. Please be aware that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your own monitor.

We will issue refunds in the case of documented defective merchandise (provided you contact us within two weeks of receipt) - please convo us for details.

We cannot accept returns of custom orders.

We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. If you'd like insurance on your package, please let us know and we'll update your invoice accordingly.
