Announcement   Hello there! Thank you for visiting my little shop.

I have so many artistic and crafty passions but my main focus is now hand painting and dyeing beautiful Australian yarn and fibre and weaving one of a kind items. I am dedicated to supporting our hardworking wool growers and to that end most of the yarn and fibre I use is Australian made and grown.
I am an avid knitter, weaver and spinner and love to use quality, artisan dyed yarn and fibre.
Please visit my blog at www.kelly-casanova.blogspot.com.au to learn more about me and the stuff I do.
I am also on Facebook, so please come and "like" my page!

Thanks Kelly! Gorgeous yarn, colour and ply true to description. Shipped promptly and postage charged at actual rate. The most glorious shade of green - my only disappointment is that there isn't any more!

About

Hello, thank you for visiting me!

I have arrived at the title of "Textile and Fibre Artist" over many years of enthusiastic experimentation. I find myself now at a happy place where all I have learned, married with natural talents have come together.
So what do I do?
I weave, I dye, I sew, I photograph, I research, I embroider, I knit and so much more. I don't place limits - just follow my passions and enjoy the process of learning, making and sharing.
My love of God and His creation and an appreciation for the talents and skills of those who have gone before us lead me to seek out natural and beautiful materials.
I also love my country and use, wherever possible, Australian materials. I believe our merino wool is the best in the world!
My faith and my family are my inspiration and my joy. I don't have a fancy studio, just my comfortable home, where I am able to work surrounded by my family.
I hope you find enjoyment in the things my hands have been inspired to make :)

  • Other Method
Payment
I prefer payment via Paypal within 24 hours of purchase, but if you are in Australia other payments may be arranged providing you contact me prior to purchase. I'm more than happy to accommodate layby payment provided you contact me first.
Shipping
I normally use regular Australia postage which has served me very well thus far. If you would like to use registered or insured post you will need to contact me prior to your purchase so I can advise you of extra costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you're not happy - I'm not happy. Please contact me ASAP if you have problems. I ask you to contact me prior to leaving feedback so that we can address the issue together.
Additional policies and FAQs
Most yarns are dyed on demand. You will need to allow 4 weeks from the time of ordering to delivery. Your order will not usually take this long and I aim to be as prompt as possible.

Why do I charge a ball winding service?
Winding skeins to balls takes time and in the past I have spent a lot of time doing this for free. As my yarn business becomes busier I find that I can no longer offer this service for free using time that I am hard pressed to find.
If you dislike winding skeins by hand and do not wish to purchase this service, may I suggest you invest in a ball winder for around $60 AUD. Thanks for your understanding :)
