It is my goal to make sure my customers are happy with their purchases. I will gladly exchange an item, or remake it (within my capabilities, depending on if the materials are available to me). Custom orders are not refundable, however if it requires some minor readjusting, I'll be glad to do so.

Payment for items is required within 72 hours of purchase agreement (aka "Buying"). If I haven't received payment within 72 hours, the item will be relisted in my shop. I will not hold unpaid for items indefinitely. If you change your mind on a purchase before payment is made, simply let me know and I will cancel the transaction with no negative feedback left.

All packages are shipped via the US Postal Service. I do my very best to provide reasonable shipping fees. If I find that I overcharged you by more than $1 for shipping, I will refund the difference. If you are ordering from outside the United States, it is your responsibility to pay any customs fees.

All items are shipped in a cushion envelope. I do wrap the item in an inner packaging, which will be reused/recycled from something else whenever possible. :)

*INVOICE SLIPS/RECEIPT*
I will only include an invoice slip/receipt with purchases totaling more than $5. If your purchase is less than $5 and you'd still like a slip, please indicate so in the "Message to Seller" area when you place your order.
*CUSTOM ORDERS*
I'll gladly accept any custom order (within my skill level). See something you like, but want something a little different? Let me know, and I'll be glad to work with you on a piece that's uniquely *you*. Custom orders are not refundable.
*TRADES*
I am currently not accepting trades. This may change in the future.
