Complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may return it in new condition within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, including original shipping fees*. However, the buyer must pay for the return shipment.

*Upgraded shipping fees for Priority or Express mail will not be refunded.

I accept payment by credit card or electronic check through Paypal.

You may also send a money order (not a personal check - sorry, I can't accept those). Keep in mind that your order will not be processed until payment has been received.

Payment must be received before the item in stock will be shipped. If the item is not in stock (i.e. you've made a specific color or size request), work will not begin on the project until payment has been received. Depending on the project, it may take up to 3 days for completion. If item is in stock, it will be shipped on the next business day following receipt of payment.

All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. International shipping is available.

You can upgrade to Priority or Express Mail if you need your item sooner; please just contact me first before ordering so I can update the shipping price for you.

All items are made by a practiced and professional hand in a clean and non-smoking home. I take pride in my work and pay close attention to detail. I'm always happy to work on custom orders, so if you like an item but would like it better with a few modifications, please let me know! I will quickly complete any custom project you desire.

The items shown in pictures on the models are sample pieces. You will be shipped a new, never-worn item.

Gift items: All my products come with neat packaging and shop tags, for a professional look that is ready for gifting! If you would like your item shipped directly to your gift recipient, please just put their address as the shipping address and I will be happy to send it there.
