2 Sisters Who Love Crafting, Shopping, and Fashion

We design, assemble, and package every item ourselves with care. My sister and I are the only members of our shop, we love designing items with thoughtfulness. Our jewelry is meaningful, purposeful, affordable, and beautiful. We have been very fortunate the last couple years to work with many LDS youth groups from all over the world, and provide them with uplifting gifts to go with the mutual theme, etc. Our specialty is jewelry, but recently we have added new children's items.

Shipping
We typically ship via USPS. Rush shipping is available upon request and for an additional fee. We will typically insure our fragile items, and if anything is damaged en route to you we will be sure to remedy the situation!
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final.

If an item is lost or damaged beyond use during transit to the customer (after an investigation by the mail provider has been pursued) I will offer a refund (minus shipping cost). I cannot offer refunds if you have provided an incorrect delivery address. I ship to the address provided by Etsy.

If your item has not been collected and returned to me, I can offer a re-send only (shipping cost to be purchased by buyer). I will send you an Etsy convo to say I've received the item and offer the option to re-send. If I do not hear back from you within 30 days of this message, the order will be canceled and void.

Contact me here through Etsy if you experience any problems with your order and we'll sort it out. :) Customer service is very important to us, and we would love the opportunity to make something right, preferably before you right a review. ;)
