5 out of 5 starsThis makes me smile in the kitchen, which is always a win. Also, my 5 small children , who often help with dishes, find it whimsical and fun. Super soft, good quality fabric.

5 out of 5 starsThe quality was much better than I had hoped for; they really are thick, soft, and well stitched. The prints are lovely. If they came in a smaller kitchen towel size I would buy ten more! Oh please consider it!

5 out of 5 starsThese were special gifts that I give to my friends that love to cook. They really appreciated them as much as I appreciated their cooking. The quality of the cloth was very good and the printing was perfect. Thank you.

5 out of 5 starsCrazy fast shipping. Like, I think it arrived two days after I ordered. Not sure if that’s normal or if I just happened to order at the right time, but I was delighted regardless. Great quality too.

5 out of 5 starsMy aunt asked for dish towels for Christmas. She wanted something really absorbent. I was a little hesitant at first to get these towels as they were very thin but turns out they’re super absorbent and really cute! I was a little confused about the ordering with what pattens to select but the seller contacted me right away to clarify and also made suggestions. I have not tried the towels myself but my aunt just called to ask me where she can get more! I would say success!

About TheHighFiber
Thoughtfully handmade home goods
The High Fiber started as a seedling somewhere around 1986 when I, at the age of 8, received my first bag of fabric scraps. Crudely designing and hand stitching clothes for my dolls became a daily habit. A few sewing machines, lots of practice, and many years later, the dream of "making" a living came to be a reality with The High Fiber. Officially beginning in 2008, it still continues to evolve, and I am grateful for the chance to share it. My husband, Ed, joined me in business in March of 2014, trading in the wildly demanding restaurant business for screens, ink, and many more family camping trips than we ever thought possible.
We spent 10 years in a sweet mountain town just minutes north of Asheville, North Carolina. In 2017, we relocated to Gainesville, Florida, but returned to Asheville again in 2019. We currently work in our studio in the River Arts District of Asheville and we would love for you to drop in if you're ever in the neighborhood! We are at 191 Lyman Street in a beautifully renovated old industrial building, Riverview Station.
We strive to live thoughtfully and simply, and I am still constantly inspired by that simplicity, the gorgeous mountains that surround us and the community of growers and abundance of life within them in Western North Carolina.
While there is rarely a lack of inspiration, our products are always guided by conscious, responsible decisions. We use organic, responsibly grown, fairly made, natural and minimally processed, or American made fabrics as often as possible. We use only water based, non-toxic inks that are environmentally kind and made in the USA. Every item that we make for you has been made as if it is intended for my own family (because most of them originally were).
