Welcome to THE HOBO TRAIN! In this section you will find out how the shop works. Come in and make yourself comfy. ♥
I accept paypal, money order, personal cheque, and credit card. I will only ship the item(s) after I've received full payment. Personal cheques have to be cleared by the bank before I will ship the item.
Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase. If no payment has been made within 7 days and I have received no email communication, then I will cancel the sale.
If you have any difficulties with checking out or have buyer's remorse, then please feel free to contact me. I can help you process the payment or cancel the order.
Items are shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment, and most often same-day or next-day. Please ensure that you have communicated the correct address. I will always send a confirmation email to notify you of shipment.
If an item is late arriving or declared lost, then I will always bend over backwards to make it right, whether that be via refund or item replacement. If the item never shows up, then I will need your cooperation in filing a claim with the postal service. Thank you!
USA and INTERNATIONAL:
I ship by Canada Post Small Packet international AIRMAIL outside of Canada, which has an official delivery range of 4-8 business days to the USA and 6-12 business days to any other country. There is no tracking info and no insurance with this service, but I have found the postal service to be very reliable and have not had a single bag get lost to date. Should this ever happen I would replace the bag at my own expense or provide a refund. I would also require the customer's cooperation in filing a claim with the post office. If you absolutely require a tracking number, then private message me and I will check the rates.
Within Canada I ship via expedited parcel post, which has an official delivery range of 4-6 business days. It's usually pretty quick! There is tracking info and up to $100 insurance included.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then I will offer a full refund or exchange minus the cost of shipping up to 14 days after you received the order. However, you will be responsible for paying the shipping to return the item to me in its original condition. I am pretty flexible with everything and always aim to please my beloved customers! ♥

CUSTOM ORDERS -- If you're looking for that extra special something, please feel free to contact me. I'm always interested in new imaginative projects, so long as I can use my creative license freely. So, if you want something that is wild and unique, then drop me a note.
WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS -- I generally do not do too much wholesaling since I do make all the bags myself. However, I enjoy having a handful of consistent wholesale accounts. Right now I have room for a couple more, so please don't hesitate to contact me to request a price list and ordering info. You pay shipping. NOTE: I do not do consignment. THANKS!
