When your model want's to keep the merch for herself... and you have to say no to that face!
A love for hedgehogs that grew into an obsession... and then The Hoghouse!
The Hoghouse started before I even knew it! It took 2 years before I even realised... It all started quite simply by making items for my hedgehog and foster hogs, once I had their 'huff' of approval I then went on to make custom orders for others.
After applying the 'hog approved winning formula' an idea started to form... with the hopes that other little ones will like them as much as mine do.
Before I knew it I was spending my weekends scouring the shops for interesting fabrics and production began. I enjoy making these snugly items and take great care to ensure they are just perfect for your little ones.
At the beginning of 2016 the 'New Year, New Project' feeling kicked in and after much debate (with myself!) that 'light bulb' moment occurred and I decided to put The Hoghouse online... ta-dah! ⭐
In 2018 an unexpected change in life circumstances found me newly self employed and I soon began growing The Hoghouse into my full time job and 'proper' small business.

Custom and personalised orders
We all have different pets and set-ups so I make a lot of custom orders. I'm happy to work with you to create what you are looking for, just send me some details. I'll come straight back to you with options and what I feel I can do. Diagrams and pictures for complicated set ups are greatly appreciated. 🧵✂️
Care instructions
🧺 The majority of items listed in the shop can be washed on a short cycle at 30°C (86°F), reshaped and then left to air dry. Do not tumble dryer or iron the fleece.
Cage measurements
Please measure and supply the internal measurements of your cage (length and width). There are so many out there! 📏
If it helps, feel free to draw a diagram and send me a snap of your drawing. My sketches are rubbish but I do find it helpful this way when it's a complicated set up with multiple levels, ramps, cut outs, etc...

99% of the items in my shop are made to order to your specs. Please click "Shipping & Policies" to see the maximum time I need before your item will be ready to ship. I do my very best to make orders ASAP but the hogs distract me a lot!
