/ We expect payment within three days. If you're having any problems paying, please let us know; we are always able to sort things out. When no payment is received we will try to contact you by sending a convo or an e-mail. When no response is received, we will cancel the sale after a week.
Buyers without a European bank account can only use PayPal for payment. You can either do this by creating or using your PayPal account, or you could pay with your credit card without signing up for a PayPal account. A PayPal account can be made here (www.paypal.com) or you can also sign up for a PayPal account while purchasing an item.

/ TIME FRAME
All items will be shipped (with priority airmail) within 3 business days after receiving your payment, unless otherwise stated in our convo or email to you, or in our shop announcement. We use the services of the Dutch postal system (TNT). International shipping can be very variable. Please allow 15 business days for an item to reach you before contacting us. In the worst case scenario your package will have a delay due to customs. If customs fees are levied, they have to be payed by you and we will not refund them.
Please make sure your address on Etsy matches your address on PayPal. If these are not the same (and there is no message to seller) we will ship to your Etsy-address.
Refunds and Exchanges
In general, all sales are final. If you feel you have a valid reason for wanting an exchange, contact us. In the case we do agree on an exchange, all additional shipping costs will be paid by you and the item must be returned in its original condition. Money refunds will not be made.
/ LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages or their content, and we will not refund. Please contact us though, we can always find some sort of solution!
