Didn't ship on time or by the second timeline I was given. I tried getting in contact with someone for almost a week through here and Facebook, but finally got a response and the hoop is on the way! I'll prob update this again and raise the rating if it gets here and is as awesome as I'm hoping :)

- Accepts Etsy gift cards
Refunds and Exchanges
-Damaged or used merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
-Determining if the merchandise is damaged is at our discretion.
-If a hoop has been noticeably used or damaged it will be returned to the customer.
-All batteries, chargers, or hoop accessories sent with the order must be included in the return.
-Items accepted back for return will be refunded to the original payment source (credit/debit card or PayPal account).
-Shipping is non-refundable.
Additional policies and FAQs
-TheHoopSmiths will guarantee the electronics (anything inside of the hoop) for 1 year.
-Water or Fire Damage is not covered by the warranty.
-Any kinked, bent, or damaged tubing will not be covered by the warranty.
-If hoop repairs are needed, simply ship the hoop to us. We will fix it and ship it back to you! Please contact us before you send a hoop in for repair.
