Here is a shop filled with lovely french vintage and antique items found in France.

Bonjour :) I am Hayley and I live in France.

I am quite new to France so everyday I discover new ways the french live, their culture and their lifestyle. Hopefully as I discover more, it will reflect in the treasures I find and some things I make.

It is a life journey for me, not just a shop! As I hunt for old things, I am starting to see France as a treasure itself.

My shop is full of hidden vintage items and antiques as well as a few handmade paintings and gifts.
Each item has lovingly been found to be sold here.

THANK YOU.......Etsy France for featuring me in your blog!!

While on holiday, I came across this fantastic restaurant in Antibes. So colourful and inviting. The French have fantastic restaurants and a wonderful way of cooking.

I am so spoilt to have another amazing day in Paris! I visited St Ouen market for the first time. It was fantastic. I have never seen so many beautiful antique pieces. I was surprised at all the different lighting to be found.

About

She found France through antique glasses

My life started in South Africa. I was born in Pretoria and grew up in a wonderful and loving home. My father was a pastor/architect and my mother was an artist. I also have a fantastic brother who took a back seat so I got more attention.

I studied art and became an artist, even though I vowed not to. My mother's creativity sparked me on and I just had a need to make things.

Somewhere along the way, my french man came and stole me away to live in France. It was actually a very rough adjustment for me even though so many 'dream' of living in France.

I did not speak much french and 'African' art was not as popular in France as it was in South Africa so I had to find another way to earn money. Etsy came along at the perfect time and I found myself hunting for small vintage french treasures to sell. It just took off from there and I absolutely love it!

I do miss South Africa everyday and it's flavour runs though my blood but France is slowly wooing me with it's charm.

I am starting a NEWSLETTER about my experiences in France, if you would like to receive it, you can sign up here:
