5 out of 5 starsAMAZING. My son is into ninja mice, but I didn't see a Ninja Mouse offered by this vendor. I asked if they could create one, and VOILA! A custom-ordered, ADORABLE ninja mouse for my son. It's not easy to find ninja mouse items for the holidays, so I was VERY relieved! It is extremely well made and accurate. And the turnaround time was insanely fast, even though it was a custom order and had to shop to San Francisco in the US.

5 out of 5 starsThis mouse was a present for my father's birthday. An unexpected surprise! As always, Anna has done a perfect and completely in-depth work based on the model we sent her. (She also added some chocolates so the mouse wouldn't starve during the journey :P) We will look forward to getting more mice from you! ^__^

Can you alter an existing design?
Yes, that's no problem. If it is a small change you need (to change clothing colour, for example) there is no extra cost. If the change is more time consuming this will increase the total cost. Contact me with your ideas and I'll be happy to give you a free, no obligation quote.
Do you do custom designs?
Yes! I adore making unique custom mice. If you are interested in this service please contact me with your request.
Please be aware that I dedicate much care and attention to custom orders, so that you get exactly what you want, and this extra time taken is reflected in the price.
My order is a gift. Can you include a message with the parcel?
Yes! Include your message in the notes during checkout and I'll put it on a card for you.
What is included with my order?
Each mouse comes with a signed and embossed Certificate of Authenticity and is carefully placed in a gift box. Optional gift wrapping is also available (choose the gift wrap option during checkout).
I don't see the option for hanging ornaments any more, can I still get mine to hang?
Yes. Please let me know in the "Message to The House of Mouse" during checkout and I will be happy to add a loop of cotton to your order so you can hang it on a tree or similar.
How long will it take to send my order?
Currently all mice are made to order. My turnaround times vary depending on how many orders I have. During quiet periods mice are ready within a couple of days. At busy times such as the Christmas rush it can take a few weeks for your order to be ready to send. Please click the "shipping" tab near the top of the page to see my current turnaround times. It's always best to order early to avoid disappointment.

Yes! Send me a message and I'll be happy to create a special listing for you.
Why are your shipping prices so high for countries outside Europe?
Unfortunately shipping costs in The Netherlands are very high, especially for international packages. I have researched all the options extensively and these prices are the best I can find that include tracking and insurance. The shipping cost is a fixed rate no matter how many you order. So if you have a friend who would also like a mouse you can share the shipping charge between you.
