Frequently asked questions
How should I care for my prints?
If you don't plan to frame your print right away, store it flat in its archival sleeve, away from direct sun, heat, humidity and potential roughhousing.
When marking postcards, allow ink adequate time to dry as the backs are glossy (and they look great!).
What do you suggest for framing options?
Putting a white border between your print and your frame will require a mat. If you decide to mat your print, simply get a mat window that will fit print dimensions. Otherwise you can get a frame to perfectly match your print. The prints look great either way.
Shipping time - What should I expect?
To cut down on shipping time, most orders will now ship directly from my trusted 3rd party printing lab. Prints will ship within a few days of your order. Once shipped via UPS or FedEx, you should expect to receive your prints within 10 business days. I will provide you the tracking number once it becomes available so we can keep an eye on it in transit!
If you do not receive your order within 14 days of receiving shipment notification, please contact me.
