Thank you for your interest in Implement! We strive to create original pieces of furniture while continuing to keep our quality sky high. Enjoy!
Payment must be made prior to construction/shipment of furniture. No cancellations accepted on custom orders. Will be flexible with stock item cancellations.
Our pieces will be sent in a crate via LTL Trucking Services with curbside service unless white glove delivery is requested. Occasionally, when it works for us, we will deliver in person.
Damaged pieces will either be replaced or repaired at no charge if the liability is on us or our shippers.
White Glove Delivery is additional.
International shipping is approved on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds and Exchanges
If furniture arrives damaged it will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
All furniture will look slightly different than the photos represented. Colors and character will be unique to each piece accept for any painted pieces. Painted pieces will always be consistent and these colors are available upon request.
Refunds will not be accepted on the basis of character, color, preference or size.
