Frequently asked questions
What is your dispatch time?

My dispatch times vary depending on the item. Generally if it is a stock item or non custom order I try my best to get items out within 3 business days. This may be more during busy seasons like Christmas.

For more complex personalised or custom commissions this time will be longer. Please check the listing for more details or pop me a message and I will let you know!

I currently only post physical items within the UK however I am hoping to extend this to the United States and Australia in the next few weeks!

My Digital products are available worldwide and they can be instantly downloaded after your payment has been processed, so dispatch times do not apply here.

Do you offer returns if I change my mind?

Unfortunately due to the fact the majority of my items are made to order I do not offer returns if you change your mind.

On some selected items I may offer an exchange for a different design of the same product IF you contact me and return the original item within 14 days in As New condition so I am able to return the item to stock. This does not include personalised items. This will require additional postage payment to re-send out the new item and the customer will need to pay to return the original item to me first at their own expense. If the new item you choose is more expensive you will also need to pay the difference.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

In the rare and unfortunate event that you receive the wrong order please contact me as soon as possible. I may ask for a photo of the items you received. Depending on the item I may ask you to return the original item before I resend the correct order out to you. I will refund the postage cost of agreed item returns.

Can I return a Personalised item?

Unfortunately the majority of my listings are made to order. All personalised items will have been made especially for you therefore I do not offer refunds or exchanges if you have changed your mind. These items cannot be resold or returned to stock. On selected ‘non personalised’ items I may offer an exchange if an item is returned in As New condition.

If I have made an error with your order please contact me asap and of course I will endeavour to sort this out for you as quickly as possible.

I do ask in personalised listings that spellings are double checked before orders are submitted therefore I cannot take responsibility for any spelling errors you may have made. I work directly from the text you submit.

Where are your items made?

I have a cosy home studio space in Surrey (South East England) where the majority of my items are designed and assembled to order. I have two printers, a cutter, design software, sewing machines, art materials and heat presses to bring my ideas to life!

I order in some base materials and products to personalise and customise with my designs and on occasion I may outsource selected printing jobs to a local company if I cannot achieve the required finish with my own equipment : ) I like to purchase my materials from small UK based companies wherever possible.

What countries do you deliver to?

As my shop is relatively new I decided to keep things simple to begin with.
I currently only post physical items within the UK, however after some research I am looking to extend this to the United States and possibly Australia within the next few weeks so watch this space!

All my Digital products are available Worldwide and can be instantly downloaded as soon as your payment is processed, so there is no physical delivery required with these listings!

When will my item arrive?

If your order hasn’t arrived please check the product listing for my dispatch times and those of the delivery service.

I try and dispatch items within 3 business days unless stated otherwise in the listing. Custom jobs will take longer, again you should find details of this in the listing.

I try to pop a message over to let you know when an item has been posted and I believe Etsy usually notifies you when an order has been dispatched.

Most items are sent via Royal Mail Signed for service to ensure they reach you promptly and safely. If your order hasn’t arrived please give it another day or two then pop me a message. As you can understand I can’t control delivery times. Please allow longer waits during peak periods & over bank holidays.

Do you offer Wholesale prices to Shops or Discounts on large orders?

I am an individual creative operating a small business between my traditional work days therefore I cherish each order I receive and try and keep costs down as much as possible to give the customer the best price I can. I love creating and sharing my work but sometimes my profits after materials, labour and fees are already low…..

Having said this, IF you want to stock my products or plan a large order, please get in touch with details and I will look into whether a reduction is viable.

I would also recommend checking my listings as I already offer some multi buy deals on selected items.

What is your creative background?

I’ve always found designing & making things very therapeutic. I grew up in a creative family & studied Design Tech, Art, Graphics & Music at school. I then took Art, Photography, Music Production & Media Studies at college.

Next came my Art foundation where I enjoyed Screen Printing, Sculpture, Life Drawing, Product Design & Animation among other disciplines. I continued Animation at university & graduated with my degree in Traditional Drawn Animation which focused on illustration, moving image, sound design & story telling. I also picked up skills in film & video editing.

I’ve since done Lino & block print courses & recently delved into fabric based vinyl graphics & sublimation.

I also currently sing & write songs for TV & Film.

What are my items Care Instructions?

If specific care instructions are not in the product listing & you have a query get in touch.

Fabric based items are hand wash or delicate machine wash on a cooler cycle. No bleach! Air dry naturally to extend the life. Ironing of cushions & other fabric items with vinyl heat transfer or sublimated designs should be dealt with gently. Turn them inside out & iron lightly on a low temp without steam, with a towel or cloth inside & between the iron & product. Avoid leaving items in direct sunlight for extended periods. Some fading is to be expected with all fabric items. Keep away from naked flames.

Avoid liquid, steam & excessive heat completely with Paper & Card goods. Direct sunlight can cause fading.

Hand wipe Mousepads down. No bleach.
