Proofs are provided for all custom items (labels, tags, logos, etc). Printing does not happen until you approve your proof.

If multiple attempts to reach the customer for proof approval go unanswered via email and the Etsy convo system, your order may either be canceled with a full refund issued or the order may be sent as-is.

Monitors display colors differently, so you may see a variation in color in your printed item.

Labels are packaged in an envelope which is then placed in a rigid, cardboard mailer to protect from bending in the mail. Tags are packaged in cello envelopes and shipped in a cardboard box.

Store hours are Monday through Friday and I answer emails and convos during regular business hours MST (Mountain Standard Time) on these days. I do not answer convos or emails on Sundays or holidays.

Fonts are third-party items. For licensing reasons, I can’t supply any font files with your purchase. However, you don’t need the font files to use the logos or designs. Since you might like to use these fonts throughout your branding, I will include purchasing and downloading the fonts to install on your computer.

If you purchased a downloadable file/s from me, your file will be stored free of charge for six months on Google Drive. You will receive a link to download your items after your purchase is made. All files are deleted from Google Drive and archived six months after the date of completion. Please be sure to safely back up your files before this time. If you need your files restored to Google Drive at any time after the six months, there is a $15 fee for recovering the files from the archive.

Shipping times vary based on where you live. Generally USPS First Class shipping takes anywhere from 3-7 days to arrive at its destination but delivery times can be much quicker. If you live in the state of Colorado like me, you might receive your package next day...as is the case with nearby states. If you are on a time crunch, I recommend upgraded your shipping to USPS Priority shipping which has delivery times of 1-3 days.

Please be sure to check and double-check the information you send me to put on your labels. Also be sure to check your proofs for accuracy. I copy and paste the information you send me, so whatever you send, is what ends up on your label! If the error is the shop's fault, you will receive a new set of labels at no charge.

Yes! The Inspired Paper Shop recycles all recyclable products (paper and plastic) through our local residential recycling program. We also recycle ink cartridges and film plastic through local programs. When possible, we also upcycle packaging materials. What can not be upcycled gets recycled. ♻️
