Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
❖ All sales are final.

❖ Color may vary from monitor to monitor; returns are not accepted for reasons to do with color.

❖ All of my items are vintage and pre-loved. I do my best to note any flaws, however, it is possible that a garment may have a small flaw that has accidentally been overlooked. I will offer a refund only if an item has been largely misrepresented.

❖ Returns of this nature must be return postmarked within 3 days of receipt, and received in the condition in which they were sent out. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If you return an item without contacting me first, and/or the item was as described, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
❖ Payment can be made through PayPal only. You can pay through PayPal using a credit card without signing up for a PayPal account.

❖ Payment must be made within 48 hours of purchase. If it is not, the sale will be canceled and appropriate feedback left.

❖ DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Most items will be shipped USPS First Class Mail (3-10 business days). The shipping price includes delivery confirmation.

❖ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Most international items will be shipped through USPS International First Class Mail (2-6 weeks).

❖ Accurate information will be listed on all customs forms. International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

❖ Item condition: New w/Tags (never worn); Excellent (no flaws or some very tiny flaws found); Very Good (there may be slight noticeable wear or flaws); Good (noticeable wear and/or flaws); Poor (damaged condition; would likely need restorative work)

❖ Item Holds: If you are interested in purchasing an item, but need to wait for a short period, please just let me know and I can put a hold on an item for you for a short time; unless otherwise discussed, items will be held for no long than 5 days.

❖ Promo/Coupon Codes will occasionally be offered in the shop; to receive the discount, the code must be entered in during checkout at the time of purchase.
