2. Pricing and delivery

2.1. the prices of the products will be as quoted on our site at the time you submit your order. we take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

2.2. prices for our products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.

2.3. the price of a product does not include delivery charges. our delivery charges are as added to your order the check-out process and before you confirm your order.

3.3.a standard furniture delivery charges apply to UK Mainland addresses only. Additional charges may apply to furniture deliveries to UK islands.

3.4. When an order contains more than one furniture item, all furniture items will be delivered at the same time as soon as all items are available.

3.5. An estimated delivery timescale is associated with each furniture product however all pieces of furniture are made for each order and timings can change due to build schedule changes. If any changes are made you will be contacted directly about any delay, and the order can be continued or cancelled as per your request.

3.1. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

3.2.Buyers outside of your country may need to pay customs fees or duties, which vary from country to country. Also, customs can sometimes delay delivery by many days. We want buyers to know that any customs delays are not your fault.

We hope that you are please with everything you have purchased fro us but if you are unhappy we gladly accept returns and exchanges, please contact us within: 14 days of delivery Please dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
