Recreating.

For as long as I can remember, I have always loved textiles and thrifting. These two loves came together when I began felting pre-knit materials and transforming them into new creations, making items such as my popular cashmere flower pins and infant animal ear hats. I love to learn and take techniques to the next level.

I value resourcefulness, particularly as it pertains to being a good steward of the earth and our limited resources. I do my best to recycle high-quality, locally-sourced materials to create my products, and each piece is made with love!

TheJuneBride shop is truly an extension of my family life, and one thing we love to do is GIVE. This shop allows us to increase our donations to local and global charities that do amazing work to make life better for people in need. The JuneBride shop has donated over $5000 to date, and I can't say thank you enough to the wonderful customers who have made that possible. Returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds and exchanges of merchandise are certainly possible within 30 days of sale and will be dealt with on an individual basis. Contact us prior to shipping any items back. In general, returns that are not due to defective products will be refunded in full less all shipping charges required by the order (even on free shipping items, shipping was paid by seller and this is non-refundable). For returns of 5+ items at once, a restocking fee of 10% may apply. If you have concerns about anything, such as the fragility of an item, please make contact before the sale. If your item arrives and is not as you expected, please contact TheJuneBride immediately so we can make it right. Due to the personal nature of a hat, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on hats. There can be no return or exchange on electronically delivered files (i.e. patterns and tutorials). Custom-made items may not be returned unless there is a flaw upon arrival. I photograph all custom items individually before shipping for my records.
Payment
If payment is not received shortly after the Etsy transaction, we will try to contact the buyer via Etsy conversation. We cannot ship any item until payment clears. If no payment or communication is received within 3 days after the purchase, all items will be relisted, appropriate feedback will be left and the transaction will be cancelled.
Shipping
We ship USPS First Class Parcel and purchase delivery confirmation for all domestic shipping, unless otherwise noted. International orders ship via USPS First Class International to keep prices reasonable. Please note that all international orders are required to have customs forms which will declare the contents and value of the package. There can be no exceptions, even for gift items or situations of high customs duties. In-stock items ship same day or next day when payment clears, unless the shop announcement indicates otherwise (vacation, illness, etc). Please contact us if you require special shipping arrangements (i.e. Express shipping, insurance, gift wrapping, etc) BEFORE you purchase. To keep items affordable, we do not purchase insurance unless special arrangements are made prior to purchase or if the purchased listing indicates otherwise. I will replace or fully refund an order lost in shipping only if delivery confirmation shows that the package was never delivered. As always, you are encouraged to convo for any reason, or for no reason at all :)

The JuneBride happily offers custom orders and wholesale pricing for some items. Contact us for more details. Please note that custom and wholesale orders are generally non-returnable, though you may contact us prior to purchasing to discuss any specific concerns. Items purchased from TheJuneBride for resale may not be sold in any online venue without prior permission (we do give permission, but we want to know where it's being sold!). Coupons or other discounts may not be used on wholesale orders, Priority shipping is a recommended but optional upgrade for your wholesale or bulk order ("free upgrade to Priority with 3+ item order" is not offered on wholesale orders).
