Recreating.

For as long as I can remember, I have always loved textiles and thrifting. These two loves came together when I began felting pre-knit materials and transforming them into new creations, making items such as my popular cashmere flower pins and silk dyed easter egg kits. I love to learn and take techniques to the next level.

I value resourcefulness, particularly as it pertains to being a good steward of the earth and our limited resources. I do my best to recycle high-quality, locally-sourced materials to create my products, and each piece is made with love!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Requests for refunds and exchanges of merchandise are certainly possible within 30 days of sale and will be dealt with on an individual basis. Please let us know if any item arrives defective, we will make that right. Personal items (ex. face masks, hats) cannot be returned (unless defective) because they cannot be resold. USPS does not guarantee delivery (and will not refund shipping costs) for First Class or Priority orders that arrive outside of the estimated delivery times, and it is the duty of the buyer to select a shipping upgrade at checkout according to their needs. We do not refund the initial shipping costs on returned items, even "free shipping" items, nor do we pay for return shipping for returns. Please contact us prior to shipping any items back so that we can watch for their arrival and promptly refund you. This is a very small business and we appreciate your understanding that these policies are necessary. Thank you!
Payment
We cannot ship any item until payment clears.
Shipping
We ship USPS First Class Parcel and purchase delivery confirmation for all domestic shipping, unless an upgrade has been purchased or another method has been agreed upon prior to sale. USPS does not guarantee delivery (and will not refund shipping costs) for First Class or Priority orders that arrive outside of the estimated delivery times, and it is the duty of the buyer to select a shipping upgrade at checkout according to their needs. Priority Express, however, is guaranteed for the delivery estimate. International orders ship via USPS First Class International to keep prices reasonable. Please note that all international orders are required to have customs forms which will declare the contents and value of the package. There can be no exceptions, even for gift items or situations of high customs duties. In-stock items ship same day or next day when payment clears, unless the shop announcement indicates otherwise (vacation, illness, etc). Please contact us if you require special shipping arrangements (i.e. Express shipping, insurance, gift wrapping, etc) BEFORE you purchase. To keep items affordable, we do not purchase insurance unless special arrangements are made prior to purchase or if the purchased listing indicates otherwise. In general, I will replace or fully refund an order lost in shipping only if delivery confirmation shows that the package was never delivered and until tracking does not show any action for 7 days or longer. As always, you are encouraged to convo for any reason, or for no reason at all :)

Please note that custom and wholesale orders are generally non-returnable, though you may contact us prior to purchasing to discuss any specific concerns. Items purchased from TheJuneBride for resale may not be sold in any online venue without prior permission (we do give permission, but we want to know where it's being sold!). Coupons or other discounts may not be used on wholesale orders. Thank you!
