Returns and exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are in any way unsatisfied you may exchange it for another item, or return it for a refund (less shipping cost) within 14 days of shipment. Please contact me to arrange the terms of a return before sending it back. The buyer is responsible for all costs incurred in shipping the return.
Payment
Payment is due by the 5th day after purchase. I understand that sometimes life can get in the way of things like this, so if it is going to be difficult for you to pay by the 5th day after purchase, please let me know. Otherwise, if I have not heard anything by the 5th day, the transaction will be canceled and the item will be re-listed. If this happens to you, you are more than welcome to purchase it at another time.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 3 business days. If you would like to know exactly when something will be mailed feel free to contact me and I can give you an exact date. Please also contact me if you need something by a certain date because I may be able to mail out sooner than planned for special circumstances.

Please know that monitors vary, and although I do my best to photograph accurately, what you see on your monitor might not be exactly how the item looks in person. I also do my best to accurately describe the colors, but these are my perceptions and opinions, which may differ from yours. Thank you for keeping this in mind! If you ever have any questions about the color of an item, please send me a message, I would be happy to answer your questions about it the best that I can.

If you are ordering multiple hanks of the same dyelot, please remember that due to the nature of the hand dyeing process, hanks from the same dyelot may still vary.
