Everything is handmade by me, Carlee, using 100% cotton cord, driftwood, and wooden rings, unless other wise stated. While walking the beaches, here in the Midwest, I have always found driftwood to be beautiful. With their weathered lines and textured colors, you'll never find two the same. Each item I make is labor of love, and appreciation (for both the art of fiber work and the wood it is displayed upon), and always one-of-a-kind. Slight variations may occur to each item due to their handmade nature. Quality is always at the top of my list, followed by Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty. I want you to love what you are purchasing; if you see an item you love, but was hoping for it in a different color, message me. If you see a style you love, but had a larger layout in mind, message me. Working with you to create your masterpiece is my specialty.

5 out of 5 starsI absolutely love it! I would highly recommend The Knotted Cat to anyone looking for a quality macrame piece. Carlee was awesome to work with and was incredibly helpful with coming up with a custom design. She was very responsive and shared status on the progress of the piece while it was in work. Once it was complete it arrived sooner than I expected. The final product was perfect and looks great over my fireplace. Overall I had a great experience and am proud to be a happy customer!

My creative brain is always looking for new ways to add texture to my own home and I love the uniqueness of the macrame community, so I decided to give it a try and instantly feel even more in love. The endless options of asymmetrical or symmetrical designs keep me coming back for more.
I am a Midwest native, with a passion for seeing the world. My family is my support and inspiration every single day, and without their love I would never be able to make it all happen. I have one very encouraging husband, two brilliant children and two snugly puppies to help me look at things from a different angle.
