BESPOKE AND CUSTOM DESIGNS
If you have something in mind, but don't see it in my shop, please do message me. I love creating new designs so please message me and we can discuss exactly what you are looking for!
ITEM NEEDED URGENTLY - IS THIS POSSIBLE?
If I have a product in stock, then I will aim to meet your required deadline, even if this is much faster than the shown processing time. This may not always be possible (e.g. if there are bank holidays preventing postal services), or if I'm on holiday for example. Please message me before purchasing to discuss.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
If in the unfortunate circumstances your item arrives damaged, please send me photographs of the item and the original packaging as these will be needed to make a claim against the postal provider to recover the damage costs.
This will need to be sent to me within 24 hours of receipt of your item. Any claims made after this time frame may not be accepted. Please keep all original packaging as this may be required by the postal provider for their investigation.
CUSTOM MADE AND PERSONALISED ORDERS
Customers are reminded to double check all spelling and details prior to placing an order. These are generally 'copied and pasted' from your personalisation box in most cases.
Once these are printed, they cannot be changed. For this reason, I cannot be held responsible for any error, and refunds or exchanges will not be available.
