I love my new custom mug! And the service provide by Megan is awesome! We ran into an issue with deliver, which was definitely an issue with Canada Post. But after many attempts to track the item down, I reached out to Megan to see if there was any info on her end. She went immediately into action and simply decided to redo my mugs and ship them by Purolator! So refreshing to see great customer service these days! Thank you Megan for the service and the great mugs! I highly recommend!

If the address is incorrect, we are not liable for incomplete/inaccurate addresses. No, we do not recommend putting any customized products in the microwave.
Can I put my customized mug into the dishwasher?
We do not recommend this. For your item to have the longest life possible, hand wash only. Our permanent vinyl is extremely durable!
