Item was never delivered. When I attempted to make contact with the shop there was no response. I had to open a case to get a refund from Etsy.

Unfortunately one the cuff links arrived broken. I contacted the shop twice and have not heard back to resolve.

Looks good. Paid for express shipping and it still took two weeks to arrive so would recommend not wasting money on express

There was an unfortunate situation, because instead of cufflinks, I opened my package and found hair clippers. But when The Northwood Co. heard about it, the sent me the cufflinks again free of charge. They have arrived now and are stunningly beautiful. I will be happy to wear them at my wedding.

I ordered a tie clip, but when the package arrived, it included cufflinks instead. My message to the store was completely ignored, and eventually I had to complain to Etsy (the store continued to ignore the issue afterwards as well).

Parcel arrived quickly and in excellent condition. It was purchased as a Christmas gift for a friend (still to be given!) and I know that she'll love having her own little cheese board. It's a great size for when you want cheese, and you also do not want to share.

Arrived exactly as pictured and in way less time than I had imagined since it was coming from Australia! Going to be a gift for a guy but I love the modern styling, wish I'd got one for myself!

Absolutely gorgeous item, presented in a hessian bag. Would have been great to have a business card in the bag, just so it presented that little bit more special as a gift, so the receiver could see its handmade/ from a specialty store. Beautiful item otherwise.
The Northwood Collective love creating useful and beautiful gifts for dads, anniversaries, weddings and special occasions.
We are a small team of creatives and fabricators who love working on beautiful, challenging and meaningful projects.
We design and fabricate our products together: Jenny is a 'let's get it done' fabricator, she keeps production running on time; Andrew is a 'let's get it perfect' designer and engineer, he keeps the quality high.
We proudly use sustainable and reclaimed timers where possible, and when that’s not feasible we purchase materials from local providers, trying to make ethical choices when we source items. Every product is designed and crafted in our Sydney workshop.
Nothing makes us happier that seeing our sketches come to life on piece of reclaimed timber; we love combining analogue techniques such as hand illustration with digital technologies.

8.2 Your principal rights under data protection law are:
(a) the right to access;
(b) the right to rectification;
(c) the right to erasure;
(d) the right to restrict processing;
(e) the right to object to processing;

8.4 You have the right to have any inaccurate personal data about you rectified and, taking into account the purposes of the processing, to have any incomplete personal data about you completed.
