**** POSTAL DELAYS ****
Please be aware that there are planned Royal Mail strikes on several dates throughout October, November & December. This means that no orders will be able to go out on these days, and nothing will be delivered either. This also means there will be delays for a couple of weeks even once they return to work as it will cause backlogs. Refunds due to delayed delivery will not be possible as this is completely beyond my control. Please consider this when ordering. Thank you!

My name is Nicole, I'm 30 and live in Cornwall.

Frequently asked questions
What shipping method do you use?
For UK orders, I send 2nd Class. Upgrades to Signed for (this is no quicker than standard 1st class, it just has delivery confirmation), 1st Class and Special Delivery with tracking (guaranteed next day delivery AFTER day of dispatch), are available at checkout.
For overseas orders, I send using Royal Mail International Tracked. These typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive, but delays due to customs are possible. On rare occassions, overseas orders can take up to 7 weeks to arrive so please consider this when ordering.
If you need an item by a certain date, please contact me prior to ordering to ensure this is possible and if so, the best postage option to select.
Contacting me about your order
Please always contact me via etsy conversations. As per Etsy's terms, all corespondense regarding orders placed here, must be through Etsy, NOT e-mail. I will do my best to reply as soon as possible, but please note, I rarely work on weekends due to family commitments. Any messages sent over the weekend will be replied to early Monday. If you are not based in the UK, please be aware that although it may be daytime where you live, it is probably night-time here, so again, I will reply asap! :)
Can I return an item?
If the item does not fall into any of the above categories in my return policies, then yes. However, please note that the return shipping is at your expense and not refundable. Also, the item MUST be sent back to me adequately packaged to protect it, in a resaleable condition and using the same shipping method it was sent you you with. (eg. Overseas MUST be sent back using a tracked and signed service etc)
The item cost will be refunded to you upon receipt of the item providing it has been packaged and sent correctly and can be resold.
I entered the wrong address at checkout, can I get a refund?
If your order has not been dispatched, please contact me via Etsy asap and I can update the address for you. However, if it has already been posted, unfortunately there's nothing I can do. If the order makes it back to me, I'm more than happy to repost to the correct address if you cover postage costs, however more often than not, things just don't make it back. Refunds will not be given if you have not received the item due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided.
Please note it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that your correct and complete address is provided when you check out. (Missing house numbers, road names, incorrect post codes etc will all mean you item is either delayed or does not arrive)
Can you dispatch on a specific day?
If you require the item to be dispatched by a certain date (before my normal dispatch time) I will always do my best. However, this is not always possible due to family commitments, post office opening times, etc. If I cannot dispatch by the date/time you specify, I will cancel and refund your order in full.
