Absolutely love this item!!! I received it very quickly once I finally ordered it...But it was well worth the wait. They even helped me to choose the color paint and glitter I should do to match my wedding colors!!

We specialize in creating personalized items so just let me know if you are having trouble finding the exact word, name, size, color, font, or embellishment you are dreaming of.

We are thrilled to create your custom request. We can even work with you on creating an object from scratch. If you can send a drawing, or photo, we can probably make it happen.

Shipping
All of our items are made to order with love and care which takes time. It is our goal that your custom items will be created and packaged and ready to ship within 4 weeks from your date of Purchase. If it is a more involved project or we are waiting for a response regarding your decision on colors etc, it may take longer. We will do our best to communicate any changes to processing time. Please make sure to let us know about any requests for rush processing/shipping ahead of time or any particular deadline so that we may try to accomodate.

In order to keep our prices low, your items will ship via USPS usually parcel post or UPS ground. The USPS states that parcel post will generally take 2-9 days to reach you but it is not guaranteed. We insure shipments of orders over $50 value.

Many of our items are large and semi fragile. In order to get them to you safely, we usually have to build our own crates. We recommend wearing gloves and using a staple remover or pliers to open.

*International Guests: We gladly offer international shipping via USPS First Class International Mail. Any customs/duty fees will be your responsibility. Please be sure to contact us first for shipping.

Are you local to Denver area? If so, please contact us and we would be happy to schedule a mutually convenient location for delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you are truly happy with all your purchases from The Lettery and we will do everything up front to make sure that you know what you are getting in advance to avoid any disappointment. With custom items, we will send art samples, photos etc. before shipping the item to make sure it is exactly what you have ordered.

While we will do our best to package the item as carefully as possible, there is always the off chance that damage could occur on the journey to your home. Please let us know as soon as you receive the package of any breakage or other damage by sending a photo of the damage through Etsy convo. We will work to create a new item to be shipped as soon as possible or find another means of resolution if necessary. Claim must be made within 14 days of shipment in order for us to honor replacement.

We request that if your item does arrive damaged, you cooperate with requests for any additional information from the carrier or insurance provider to allow for us to make a valid insurance claim.

Due to the fact that all items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there was an error on our end. Please be sure to read the item description including measurements, colors, etc. before placing the order.
