Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I hope you enjoy your item and that it meets your expectations. If, however, you have any problems please send me a message in the first instance .

Under the EU’s distance-selling laws, buyers have the right return items 14 days after receipt of the goods. Within that time frame, buyers can change their minds and return products without providing a reason.

This rule does NOT apply to custom-made products.

I will endeavour to ship within three working days (excluding custom made items) once payment has been made. If, in the unlikely event, of any delay I will contact you to advise.

Custom made items obviously require a lead in time, this will vary depending on the time of year and the item. Please contact me before ordering so that we can discuss this.

I ship by first class post within the UK (international by airmail where possible). Within the UK this means your item generally arrives the day after shipping although this cannot be guaranteed as it relies on the efficiency of the Royal Mail. If you have not received your item within 7 working days of the shipping (not order) date please contact me so that I can ship a replacement or make a refund, whichever you prefer.

I usually ship by first class post,however, if you wish me to use another method please contact me.

I try to make my photographs as accurate to colours as possible but there may be some slight variation.
