Hello there and thank you for visiting the little brown boot!
We are a military family, and proudly support those who serve our country and their families. You may notice that many items are military inspired! I am a full-time Registered Nurse and have my shop as a fun and exciting side-business. This helps me to pass military time during periods of deployment or separation due to missions or general military life.
Anything you see that I have listed can be made in any size or color you'd like. Some items are also posted only once because it is difficult to re-create. I just LOVE doing special orders, so please let me know if you if there is any way I can tailor what I have to what you need, or re-create anything you see and are interested in.
Items which are made to order may require up to two weeks to be shipped, but are usually sent out within 2-3 days.
All items are shipped priority mail in a flat rate box or envelope. In many cases, the more items that are purchased, the cheaper shipping becomes for you!
I accept payment through PayPal.
All custom orders must be paid for before I am able to start working on them, unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping will be combined on multiple purchases, and I only charge what the post office charges. The initial amount shown on items are only an estimate...these can increase or decrease if you have more on your order.
At this time, I only ship to the United States.
If it is an item I already have on hand, I will ship it within 3 days of purchase. If it is a personalized or custom order, typically, I will need about one week...depending on the order and how many items are in it.
I attempt to ship the cheapest and easiest methods so that cost is kept low for you. But, if you need your item sooner, I'll send it USPS Priority. Please let me know.
Please Note: I ALWAYS SHIP TO THE ADDRESS YOU HAVE SPECIFIED ON THE ETSY INVOICE, if you need an item shipped to a different address, please let me know at the time of sale! Also, shipping prices are only an estimate based on the single item. If you order multiple items, shipping prices can change.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are as-is and final. If you have a custom order, photos will be sent to you when the item is completed so that changes can be made prior to shipment. Please read item descriptions thoroughly before purchasing and I encourage you to look at my photos and ask questions or request additional photos or measurements if needed before placing your order. As is the nature of handmade, each piece is different. I will do my best to disclose differences.
