I ordered my daughter a hat in the fall and it was such great quality, so warm, and so cute!, that I decided to order one for myself for her and I to match when winter came along. I ordered it 3 months later and when it arrived, the yarn was slightly different, which was my fault for not inquiring since it was months later! I messaged Melissa and she found a skein of the same yarn to match my daughter’s and sent me a new hat to match!!! Not only are her hats high quality and amazing but so is her customer service!
