They arrived in a timely manner, but seller did not read my purchase note and sent them to my home address instead of my friend's address as asked.

"Like peas in a pod" jewellery

I began making unique and handmade charm bracelets when I was 13. This quickly spread to earrings and necklaces too.

I retired my jewellery-making to seek a career as a tax advisor. Once I moved into self employment and created my business "Tyler-Oliphant Bookkeeping" I once again had time to make jewellery.

I lovingly handmade my Mother and Mother-in-law a "peas in a pod" necklace to represent them and their children - once again, the spark had been lit!

I now create peapod jewellery to represent your loved ones, made with just as much love as when I made the first one for my own Mother.

I always aim to send your purchase out to you as soon as is possible. This is usually within 4 working days Monday to Friday

Personalised items may take up to 20 working days to be shipped, but this will be discussed with you prior to me creating your order.

I will send you a message to let you know your purchase has shipped - this will be sent to the e-mail address your Etsy account is registered with.

The ESTIMATED delivery times once your purchase has dispatched is:

• UK: First Class post 3 - 5 working days.
• US/Canada/Australia: Standard airmail 10 - 15 working days.
• Europe: 4 - 10 working days
• Rest of world: 6 - 20 working days.

Most items will arrive within the above time frames, but times will bary depending on the postal service of your country. This means that occasionally items may take longer, so please allow up to 25 working days.

Please remember that these times are estimates and unless you have opted for upgraded shipping I cannot give you any information as to where your parcel is or how long it will be.

The standard shipping charges are as follows:

UK: £3.50
Rest of the World: £4.50

Each item is shipped in a free organza gift bag.

The standard shipping charge does not include tracking but you can upgrade to include this at an additional cost of £6.00 - please contact me to arrange this.

It is rare that a package is lost, but unfortunately no postal service is 100% free of errors. If you are concerned about your order please contact me in the first instance.

Packages can have small delays in the postal service. Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 25 working days have passed. Please be patient if your item is yet to arrive, but 25 working days have not passed.

If you item is lost I will of course send you a replacement, but please keep in mond that I cannot do this until Royal Mail have confirmed the item is lost after 25 working days have passed.

I obtain a a record of posting for all packages.

All international packages are posted with a customs declaration.

You are responsible for any customs charges/import duty/taxes etc that may incur in your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but I understand it can be difficult buying items online after only viewing photographs. If when you receive your purchase you do not think it is suitable, please contact me within 48 hours to discuss. I will offer you a refund (excluding postage costs) or an exchange, upon the receipt of the returned unworn item. Please contact me for details on how onreturn items.

I cannot issue refunds for items that have been worn, unless they are faulty.

For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned, unless faulty.

You must ensure that you obtain proof of postage and/or adequate insurance/delivery confirmation if returning a package as I am not responsible for any items that are lost/damaged while in transit to me.

Items must be returned unworn and in the original gift bag.
