5 out of 5 starsI've only had it for 2 days but I'm really happy. It's much more comfortable than expected. It starts to hurt after a while but if I'm not wearing headphones I don't feel anything. It also didn't cause any allergic reactions (I have very sensitive skin). The delivery went great, tracking was free and it even came early.

► When will my order ship out?
You can check your Etsy receipt for the estimated ship date. Simply go to your purchases and look for the receipt from our shop (https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases). Our turnaround estimates for each type of jewelry found below can be found in all listing descriptions:
♡ READY TO SHIP - Most of our jewelry are pre-made & ready to ship out within 1-2 business days after you placed the order.
♡ MADE TO ORDER - If you order customized option, these orders can take about 6 - 9 business days (Monday - Friday, weekends excluded) upon receiving all information to complete and ship out. We carefully craft made-to-order pieces primarily by hand, so the creation process can take some time.
► How to care for my jewelry?
• Our jewelry is meant for everyday wear, while cleaning and caring for your jewelry is simple. You can simply use a soft cleaning cloth we include in your order to clean your jewelry.
• If you do not plan on wearing the jewelry for long periods of time, it is ideal to store it in a zip bag or an air-tight container separate from other jewelry with The Little Statement pouch inside your order.
► Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! We offer wholesale for certain products, please message us on Etsy for your best quote.
Alternatively, if you're ordering 20+ items (can mix and match items), you can use coupon code "WHOLESALE" at checkout to receive 60% off original price.
Most of our jewelry design is patterned, if you're planning to sell our jewelry on Etsy, please let us know before you list them on Etsy.
► What is your warranty & return policy?
We proudly offer 90-day quality guarantee for all of our jewelry!
Returns and exchanges are accepted for pre-made, ready to ship jewelry and must be initiated via Etsy messages within 3 days of delivery. Items are to be in mint condition, in original packaging and sent back within 14 days from your item’s delivery date. Once received, refund will be processed or exchange item will be shipped free of charge.
We currently do not offer free return, thus buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
We typically don’t accept returns for custom, made-to-order jewelry, however, we are happy to help with any situation so please reach out with any concerns.
