Alissa was so kind and shipped it out right away, and even credited me back part of the cost because it was less than estimated. She also wrapped it up sweetly. It now holds a place in our kitchen! Returns & Exchanges
Due to the one of a kind nature of vintage, we cannot accept returns & exchanges. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution. We love happy customers!
Shipping FAQ's
Overages:
We do our best to accurately estimate the cost of shipping. However, if shipping ends up being less, any overage above $1 will be refunded after purchase.
Combined Shipping:
If you are purchasing more than one item, we are happy to combine shipping whenever possible and refund you any overages after purchase. Please contact us for shipping estimates ahead of time if desired.
Free Shipping:
For orders over $35, we offer free shipping. Orders are shipped via the cheapest carrier, usually via USPS Parcel Select Ground. If you need express shipping, or need to request a specific carrier, please leave us a note when you place your order, and be advised this may be subject to an additional shipping charge.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If your purchase is a gift, please include a note to us with your order. We pack all our orders with attention and care, but we'd be happy to include a personal note from you and bit of special wrapping if you'd like.
Care instructions
All items are stored in a smoke-free, pet-free environment. We do however recommend washing clothing prior to wearing.
