We work hard so that everyone is satisfied when they receive their order, but sometimes things go wrong. If there is a problem with your order or something arrives damaged, we will either send out a replacement or refund the money. Most of our products are great for rabbits and rodents such as gerbils, mice, rats, chinchillas, guinea pigs, etc., but some of them aren't because of the size or the use of grains in some recipes. We always try to make clear what animals can benefit from a particular product. I never use preservatives, sugar or honey; just safe, healthy and premium-quality ingredients. All of my beautifully colored & flavored toys are made with homemade edible dyes that are safe for your little friend, and none of my products contains softwoods. All the products I sell are human grade. As a vegan, I aim to revolutionize small animal care. Small animals should not be considered toys, but sentient beings who deserve space, a good diet and to be able to display natural behaviors as they would in the wild.

- I reuse cardboard boxes.

- I avoid plastic.

- Whenever identical foods, treats or herbs are ordered, I bag them together to reduce waste. However, I always respect your preferences, so if you want me to bag them separately just message me and I'll be happy to do so!

- Last but not least, I use second-hand tools.

- I REUSE BOXES. Sometimes your box might have the logo of other brand in it. It might not be the most appealing packaging, but it reduces waste. If I run out of used boxes, I will ship your parcel in 100% RECYCLED & HOME COMPOSTABLE boxes and mailers.

- I AVOID PLASTIC. I reuse the bags I receive from my vendors, as well as bubble wrap. If I don't have used bags, I will pack your products with COMPOSTABLE ones. Moreover, I only use PAPER TAPE.

Items priced €10 or more come with tracking. Cheaper items are shipped as a letter without tracking, unless costumers pay for tracking at checkout. I am not responsible for delayed or lost packages if you do not add tracking to your order.

We offer two delivery options you can choose from: standard and express. The transit time with express shipping is 2-3 working days to European countries, the US and Canada. If you live in another country, please contact me before choosing express shipping so that I can confirm it is doable.
