FOR PRINTED/ASSEMBLED/SHIPPED Items:
♥ ♥ ♥ We are currently accepting orders for printed/assembled/shipped items for parties after APRIL 8.♥ ♥ ♥
((You can place an order for PRINTABLE invitations and party packages ANYtime! We will send you your files via the email address on file with your Etsy account within 24-48 hours of purchase.))
If your party date is after the date specified above, we would love for you to place an order! If your party is before that date, please contact us about the possibility of a rush order BEFORE purchasing. Remember, we work in order of party date (not in the order that purchases are made). So, how does that work? Simply tell us the date of your party in the "notes" when you checkout. We will make sure to ship your items to you so they ARRIVE 5-7 days prior to the date of your party. If you want your items sooner than a week before your party, just let us know when you place the order. We have a large number of open orders at all times, so working in the order that items are needed is the best way for us to make sure everyone gets their décor in time for their party! If you have any questions about how this process works, please don't hesitate to contact us!
Please make sure to include ALL necessary information for us to complete your order when you place it. You can do this in the "notes" section during checkout, or send us a separate convo via Etsy. Orders that are placed without necessary information will be cancelled and refunded. We just don't have time to track you down for the details!
Rush orders and custom orders are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Because these orders usually take more time to complete, we have limited availability! Rush fees may apply.
We can easily customize colors and fonts for you -- we will change one color in our current design at no extra charge. More than one color change results in a redesign fee (which varies depending on the number of items you are ordering). Please convo for details if you would like changes made to a current design!

We accept payment through PayPal.
Payment must be received before we begin on your order. If you wish to cancel your order, you should inform us within 24 hours of your order through Etsy convo.
Reserved listings for custom orders must be purchased before the order is started. Any proofs for invitations will not be emailed until the reserved custom listing is purchased.
All items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or First Class. You should receive your order within a week of it shipping. We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. You will get a tracking number with your order so you can keep track of when your package will arrive.
We occasionally ship internationally - please contact us for more details.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive damaged items, please let us know as soon as possible! We will do what we can to make sure that your party is perfect!
Seller holds right to cancel or refund orders that are placed without a party date. We may email you to confirm party date, but if there is no response within 48 hours, we must cancel the order and issue a refund.
We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail. If you'd like to purchase insurance for shipping your order, let us know upon checkout.
