Unfortunately, merchandise must be returned at buyer’s expense. Seller is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen merchandise. Please pay through PayPal. I do accept cashier's checks and money orders and item will be shipped upon receipt and confirmation of payment. A paypal account is not required to pay through paypal and if you would prefer to not use paypal simply send me a message and I will send an invoice through a different merchant account.

Payment must be received BEFORE an item is shipped. Once you have purchased an item, you MUST pay within 24 hours. After 24 hours, I will cancel the order and re-list the item for someone else to purchase. If your item has already shipped, you CANNOT cancel your order. You may cancel your order if it has not been shipped.

Items will ship within 1-5 days of purchase (usually within 48 hours but sometimes it can take longer).

Please allow 2-7 business days to complete, pack, and ship orders (usually done faster). Freight damages must be reported immediately. Please photograph any damage upon receipt. All boxes and packaging materials must be retained for inspection by carrier. If insurance is requested, please advise. We are not responsible for damage by mail carrier if insurance is not requested.

I ship the most cost effective way possible, most often via USPS. The shipping method varies between priority and parcel, depending on the weight of the item. If you want your item to get there quickly, convo me and I will make sure the shipping estimate reflects the correct method desired in the listing. Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee of only $25.00.


If you live in the Tampa area and would like to save on shipping, I am happy to consider coordinating in-person pick up. Please convo me to discuss.

Please use care with all porcelain and china items. Hand wash only and no dishwasher or microwave. When assembling tea stands use care when screwing the handles onto the plates, gentle pressure is all that is required - the plates can break if they are tightened too much. If there is a lot of resistence, stop and start over as the screw may not be going on straight.

Items described as vintage and/or ‘shabby chic’ – The vintage china used to make our cake stands, tea sets, trios, and gift boxed sets are pre-used. You should be aware that reclaimed vintage and ‘shabby chic’ pieces do sometimes show signs of crazing and/or feint scratches or utensil marks on the surface. Usually the gold gilding on the edge is worn from decades of rubbing and cleaning. This age related wear is entirely authentic and adds character and charm to the piece.
Please note, all cake stands are made by me in my workshop.
The stands arrive disassembled. Full assembly and care instructions are included so that you can easily take your stand apart for storage purposes and keep it in beautiful condition for many years to come.
