Creation is Gold for the Soul!

I started my shop when i was still working a very stressful job - as an outlet for those creative juices as well as making that "mad money". Wasn't much but it certainly helped - and kept me sane! Now that retirement is here and I'm quite happy - I can and have turned on these creation genes and making things I never tried before! There is so much to explore in life, so many things to do - and while I'm waiting on my husband to retire too, I can try virtually anything I want! My dining room became my craft room and I love how hubby helped me make it so! Costuming was a fun life but NOW I have so much FABRIC to share!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
NO RETURNS on fabrics for health & safety reasons.
For other items, a request for refund must be made within 3 days of receipt and via convo or email. Refunds granted only if the item is returned (buyer pays postage) and in original condition and packaging. Some items cannot be returned by their very nature. Case by case considerations given. Please convo me. I do not take Returns on vintage, vintage fabrics, antiques or handmade items.

MY HANDMADE ITEMS: Quality is my ultimate goal in making my handmade items such as sachets and coin/purse/bags. "If" by some chance and item gets damage or disrepair within ONE YEAR of original purchase and there is even a remote possibility I can fix it, I will.
PROCEDURE FOR YOU:
1. Convo me first to let me know what has happened and any damage ( except stains - I cannot remove). Let me know the date your originally purchased this item. We can discuss the chances of me fixing or replacing it with same cloth or similar. Broken zippers may or may not be replaceable.
2. If we agree I can fix the damage to a once again usable degree, then mail your item to me with tracking, you pay postage.
3. If I can fix or replace after we agree on which, I'll send the repaired or new item back to you with tracking which I will provide in a convo. NO cost to you in this return except your paid postage for the return.(#2)
4. I AM NOT responsible for shipping delays once your item is shipped. Follow the tracking of your item. If you have a delay or item appears lost, go to USPS.COM and go to HELP "where's my packages". Only you have your email and phone number for this trace. Though have your tracking number in the Etsy notification of mailing. Another option is to contact your senators office, they have teams that will assist.
Payment
Payments are through Direct Payment with a Credit Card. OTHER is used for trades if applicable. I do/can not accept personal checks.
Payment should be immediate upon purchase.
All coupon codes must be used upon checkout.
Shipping
Shipping is always USPS (unless UPS is requested) and delivery confirmation is provided if applicable in the notification of mailing & shipping will be made upon receipt of completed payment and take place usually the next business day. International mail will use customs forms. All international mail purchases can request registered mail an additional $35. It is strongly suggested for Australia mail and you always have the written option to refuse it. All import fees are at the buyers expense. International purchases are provided with a customs form number. Please convo me for expedited shipment costs. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Be aware that "time in transit" is out of my control and customs can hold items at their whim. My responsibility ends at shipment.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: If possible and upon request only I will mail an item that is able to fit in an envelope and not travel as a parcel (example - seeds or flat item) but be advised it will NOT have a customs form nor any possibility of tracking. I have shipped this way before with no issues, but please make this decision yourself and also request to me before ordering. I will adjust shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL: Please CONVO me for your country postage. Each country varies to some degree so I want to be as accurate as possible!. USPS Tracking is only good within the US. Any customs number is to be used by you after your package leaves the USA for your country. I cannot track beyond our borders. It is up to YOU to contact your customs port of entry to locate your item. I do not give refunds after a package leaves this country (US). It becomes your responsibility to locate your package. Do this with the customs number provided at time of mailing. IF you are not happy with your port of entry, consider asking me for a REGISTERED mail upgrade which will give tracking at all locations. There is a substantial fee for this service.

Additional request for special packaging or gift wrapping will be honored as well as different mailing address that you provide so it saves you time & money!
