Payment
We only accept form of payments such as ETSY Gift Cards and major credit cards via Direct Checkout or payments through PAYPAL only. We will ship your item within the given specified time frame as soon as we receive your payment. If you wish to cancel an order, please send us a message within 12 hours of placing your order.
Shipping
We usually ship within the scheduled shipping time frame unless otherwise stated. We ship via US Postal Service using First Class Mail and First Class Mail International. For your convenience, we provide a tracking number for all local and international orders.. However, please take note that USPS has some limitations in regards to the shipping/ delivery status of some packages in some countries. Please visit USPS.com for more information on these limitations. For international orders, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for additional customs and duty charges if any, applies.
Refunds and Exchanges
Warranty period is 30 days and starts within the day the order was shipped and the buyer is provided a tracking number. It covers manufacturing defects only. We will gladly either send you a one-time replacement item or refund your purchase less shipping charge.

For exchanges, please inspect your item once you receive it carefully, exchanges can/will only be honored within 7 days after receiving your item. Be sure to send out the package within 3 business days as soon as we confirm the exchange and email you the return address. Also, please do not forget to include tracking information whenever you send the item out. We will not be responsible for parcels getting lost while in transit. We will only exchange items as soon as we have the merchandise back.

Please update and verify your billing/shipping address for issues before placing an order with us. For packages returned to us by the US Postal Office due to customer's outdated/invalid address or other delivery issues. We can only refund the purchase amount less the shipping charge. We will only process the refund or in some circumstances reship your item as soon as we have the merchandise back.

For local orders received damaged (tracking number uploaded and scanned as delivered by USPS) please send us an image as proof that the item that you received is damaged or broken within 24 hours of receiving your package and we will gladly send you a replacement package or refund your full purchase.

For local orders lost in the mail (tracking number uploaded but no initial scan by USPS) we will gladly send you a replacement package or refund your full purchase. Please allow at least 10 business days from the time that you were notified that your package has shipped and was provided a tracking number before sending us a lost package notification/message request.

For International orders received damaged, please send us an image as proof of the damaged or broken item within 24 hours of receiving your package and we will gladly send you a replacement package or refund your full purchase.

For lost international packages (tracking number uploaded but no initial scan by USPS), please allow at least 40 days since placing your order before sending us a lost package notification/message request. We could either send you a one-time replacement item or refund your purchase less shipping charge. We may also act upon a solution which we may deem is fair for both the buyer and the seller at the time a refund/exchange is claimed.

Please take note, packages scanned by USPS (tracking number uploaded and initially scanned by USPS) going to international destinations where tracking information limits apply, cannot be declared lost in the mail and shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please visit USPS.com for more information on destinations where tracking delivery limits apply.

Also, please take note that customized items (personalized items) and items that are over the warranty period cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
