    We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of this business as we provide you with an instant downloadable template file through Etsy which we do not have any control over once it leaves our store. However, we will do everything possible to answer your questions and help make you satisfied with your purchase.

    Please read through the policy before purchasing the theme. We offer a live demo of every theme for your convenience so you exactly know what you are buying. Please feel free to browse the theme and see it live in action before purchasing. If you have any questions about the theme, please contact us anytime and we will answer your as soon as possible. However, we do not offer custom changes to themes or custom design work at this time.

    If there is any technical error with the theme - we will be happy to work with you and resolve it immediately.
